MEET THE TEAM
Alexis Green
Owner, Veterinary Technician
I am Alexis, the owner of VTOW! I have been a veterinary technician for over 20 years working with all kinds of animals from cats and dogs, to cougars and hawks! I am fear free certified and specialize in general practice care, intensive/critical care, emergency, management, and technician training. I am a wife, mom to two boys, and owner of a very stressed out cat! After so many years of hospital setting, I wanted to create something where I can help animals in my own way. After witnessing so many animals stressed out at the vet’s office, I wanted to be able to help them without them having to leave their most comfortable place, home. My cat Stevie, is one of the reasons this idea came to life! He dislikes a cat carrier, gets stressed out in the car, and changes his whole demeanor at the vet even for a simple nail trim! So my goal was to make some of these services less of a stress on you but mostly your furbaby! No car ride, no van to jump in, no carriers, because I travel to you so your pet can be wherever they feel most comfortable during their appointment. I have now worked with over hundreds of animals and developed amazing relationships with hundreds of clients! So come join the VTOW family and allow me to make these experiences more comfortable for your pets! I look forward to meeting you and your furbabes!
Kelli Wilkins
Veterinary Technician
I’m Kelli Wilkins, a veterinary healthcare professional with over 25 years of experience in small animal emergency, triage, surgical, and general practice settings. I have held many roles in veterinary care, including veterinary technician, veterinary technician supervisor, emergency room director, and circulating nurse, supporting surgeries and helping improve day-to-day operations in busy hospital environments.
My strengths include exceptional patient care, a distinct ability to converse with clients about their pet’s care, anesthesia and surgical support, emergency and critical care, and staff training, always with a focus on compassionate care and clear, supportive communication with pet families. I am Fear Free Certified, Recover ALS/BLS certified, and I bring a calm, collaborative approach to every veterinary team and family I work with.
I’m also a wife and mother of three, living in Galloway, NJ, and I know from experience how stressful vet visits can be for pets and their families alike. After spending so much time in the hospital setting, I became especially focused on making veterinary experiences calmer and more comfortable. I’ve seen how anxious many animals can become at the clinic, even for something simple, and that inspired me to emphasize gentle handling, clear communication, and a low-stress approach.
My goal is to help make care easier on you and your fur-family, and to create an experience where both you and your pets feel understood, respected, and well cared for.
